Most of us have heard that we should exercise, but why? Before we get into the many incredible reasons why you should exercise, lets spend a minute on all of the reasons why we don’t exercise
- Its hard
- Exercise takes time
- Im not very good at it
- It doesn’t seem to matter if I exercise or not
These reasons all have merit and if we aren’t careful these thoughts can quickly become consuming and before you know, its been years since you spent any time doing any meaningful exercise.
At Wheels of Giving, our goal is to give you that spark back. To pull you out of a slump. To give you positive thoughts instead of negative.
